Returns & Refunds

Eligibility: Returns accepted only for defective or damaged items within 14 days of delivery. Non-defective items or change of mind cannot be returned.

How to Return: Email info@airpurifierdepot.us with your order number, issue description, and clear photos of the damage/defect.

Return Shipping: Covered by us if the item is confirmed defective or damaged. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds & Exchanges: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection. We do not offer direct exchanges, but replacements may be provided if available.

Order Cancellations: Can be made within 24 hours of purchase. Orders with tracking numbers cannot be canceled.

Damaged Shipments: Report within 48 hours. Refuse delivery or document damage with photos.

Shipping

Processing Time: Orders placed by 5 PM ET ship same day; in-stock items ship in 2–5 business days; drop-shipped items 3–7 business days.

Shipping Areas: Mainland US only (excludes Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska).

Fees: Calculated at checkout; additional charges may apply for heavy/oversized items.

Delivery Time: Typically 3–7 days after shipment.

Address Changes: Contact us within 24 hours; processed orders with tracking may not be changed.

Payments & Billing

Accepted Methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover), PayPal.

Security: All payments encrypted; no card info stored.

Taxes & Fees: Sales tax calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for bank fees, currency conversion, or international charges.

Payment Requirement: Full payment required at purchase; orders not authorized will not be processed.
