Shipping Policy

At Air Purifier Depot, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the shipping details below.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed by 5:00 PM ET on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Address Changes
To change the shipping address, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Orders that have already been processed or assigned tracking numbers may not be eligible for address changes.

Shipping Availability
We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska.
Shipping is available Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Additional charges may apply for heavy or oversized items.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Some items may ship directly from suppliers and can take up to 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday).
You will be notified if there are any delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email within 24 hours.

Shipping Methods
Orders under 150 pounds are shipped via FedEx or UPS.
Larger or oversized items (over 150 pounds) are shipped via freight carriers.

Delivery Time
After shipment, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on location and external factors.

Inspection & Damages
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If there is any damage, note it on the carrier’s delivery paperwork to support claims.
